We almost exclusively use aluminum products and mterials. All of underdeck systems, screen enclosures, and pan roof are made of aluminum.

Yes, we have color samples available upon on site consultations. Underdecks are available in over 20 colors. Screens and pan roofs are available several colors as well.

We can install can lights, ceiling fans, and swing hooks and most systems. We can also add outlets, tv mounts and additional switches for your enjoyment.

Our Underdecking is a water Divergent System. Our warranty covers leaking, dripping, and/or abnormal functionality due to improper or inadequate installation procedures. There are rare instances where due to the existing deck structure and build, that small drips may occur even after install. An example would be inadequate or non existing deck flashing. Upon on site consultation, we can point out any areas this may be a possibility and also preventative measures we will take to help eliminate those.

Each job is different but the average underdeck install only takes 1-3 days and the average screen enclosure takes 1-2 days. That being said, what some customers mean by this question is in reference to lead times. Our lead times vary depending on the season but a general rule of thumb is 2-4 weeks unless quoted otherwise (Peak seasons Could be Longer)
